These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the New Evolution Club website, store, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
