These Billing Terms & Conditions govern all payments made to New Evolution Club. By placing an order or making any payment, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other secure payment options processed through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). All payments are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

2. Pricing & Charges

  • All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes, shipping fees, and duties unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price displayed at checkout is the final price you will be charged.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

3. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes based on your shipping/billing address. Taxes are calculated and added at checkout where required by law.

4. Order Confirmation & Charges

  • Your card or payment method is authorized (and may be temporarily held) when you place an order.
  • The full amount (including taxes and shipping) is charged only after we confirm inventory and process your order.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successfully processed.

5. Payment Security

All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely through PCI-compliant third-party processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy (available on our website).
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback requests may result in account suspension and legal action to recover funds.
  • You agree not to initiate chargebacks for legitimate purchases without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue.

7. Subscription & Recurring Billing (if applicable)

  • If you purchase a subscription or recurring plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule.
  • You may cancel recurring billing at any time through your account or by contacting support.
  • Failure to update expired or invalid payment methods may result in suspension of services or automatic cancellation.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may attempt to re-process it. Repeated failures may result in order cancellation. You are responsible for any fees or penalties from your financial institution due to insufficient funds or declined transactions.

9. Disputes

Any billing disputes must be reported to support@newevolutionclub.com within 30 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and respond promptly.
