Free Shipping

• Free standard shipping on all orders of $100 USD or more (before taxes, after discounts).
• Applies to standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States only.
• Cannot be combined with other shipping promotions unless stated.

Orders Under $100

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Typical starting rates: $6.99–$12.99.

Shipping Options & Estimates

• Standard — 3–7 business days
• 2-Day — 2 business days (extra fee)
• Overnight — 1 business day (extra fee, limited availability)

Estimates are carrier-provided and not guaranteed. Weekends, holidays, and peak periods may delay delivery.

Processing Time

Orders usually process in 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom or pre-order items may take longer (noted on product page).

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii where available). International shipping may be offered—contact support for rates and availability. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees on international orders.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships (when available).

Issues (Lost, Stolen, Damaged)

Contact us within 7 days of estimated delivery (or 48 hours for visible damage) with photos if possible. We’ll coordinate with the carrier for resolution.

Address Changes

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Changes after order placement are not guaranteed once processing begins. Customers are responsible for providing a correct address.
